Kasia leverages human ingenuity to solve the world’s biggest health challenges. She partners with healthcare, life science, and digital health organizations to scale up innovations.
Kasia graduated as a medical doctor and completed her residency in psychiatry at the Medical University in Wroclaw, Poland. After working as a clinical physician, she joined the pharmaceutical industry, overseeing the launches of several first-in-class treatments, which profoundly improved the standards of patient care and reached peak sales of $3B. She worked at Eli Lilly, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, and Terumo before focusing on pharma, MedTech, and digital tech startups as an advisor, mentor, and fractional executive. She has deep experience developing enterprise, portfolio, and brand strategies and creating market conditions for growth through policy, advocacy, and scientific initiatives.
Recently, Kasia has been board-certified by the American Board of AI in
Medicine and is a licensed innovation practitioner by INNOVATION360.
